The insulating glass consists of two sheets of float glass in thickness corresponding to the functional and mechanical requirements.
Their spacing is defined by a varying width, hollow aluminium spacer frame filled with a desiccant that prevents water vapour condensation between the panes.
The perimeter connection between the panes of glass and the spacer frame is made with an adhesive, permanently plastic sealant, which acts as a barrier against the penetration of moisture into the interspace of the insulating glass.
The inner perimeter of the glass panes and spacer frame is filled with a permanently elastic sealant with excellent mechanical properties.
The entire construction creates a hermetic sealing of the cavity between the panes of glass.
